Monkeys

Anyone have a monkey as a pet? I heard it was illegal in America. I know those little monkeys are probably legal, but the chimps you see in movies aren't. I saw a monkey at a zoo once. It was hanging from a tree by one hand and picking its butt with the other. Then it sniffed and ate it. I don't think I really want a monkey after thaat, but it was funny.
