Shaun of the Dead

This movies is so great. It's kind of a comedy/horror movie about zombies and is just hysterical and really well done. Great characters in it and great acting for the most part. Kind of a slapstick horror movie, but it really is one of the better fun movies I've seen in the last few years. I've probably seen it a dozen times or so and it never really gets old. Definitely a cult classic.

Free Boomerang Channel this week

Dish NEtwork usually has a few preview channels going every week and right now it is Boomerang, a old school cartoon channel. I've always loved the channel, but never really felt the need to pay money for a cartoon channel. The cartoons are way better than anything on Cartoon Network, which owns the channel, but it still isn't something I want to pay for. You really can't go wrong with Looney Tunes, Justice League, Popeye, Pink Panther, and Yogi Bear. These cartoon classics blow anything away that is on now in my opinion with the exception of The Simpsons, South Park, and Family Guy.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2007

Well...I finally broke down and bought it. I have every year since 2003 so I guess it is no suprise. Got it for the XBox this time instead of the trusty PS2.

My overall reaction is: same old, same old.

Nothing really new to note. The XBox controls are far and away ahead of the PS2 though. Not sure if I could go back now. The turbo button being the A button instead of a trigger makes it a lot easier. Seems like the stick isn't as random either and stays the same all the time. On the PS2 you need to adjust the trigger a lot more to keep the shot going straight with out shanking it. I'm not sure if this is just on XBox or both now, but it really makes the game too easy. I never shank it even with very low stats.

Overall PGA Tour 2004 is still the best one.
