Postures to Produce Productivity?

I saw the headline of this article and clicked on it simply to see what it said. I was skeptical of course since really...how much is a posture going to effect your productivity? More, how is it not common sense that sitting a certain way is more productive? Obviously we're not going to slump down in our chairs and expect to be alert. Sitting back and smoking romeo y julieta 1875 cigars may help, but probably not allowed to. Anyways, take a look if you want just for the curiosity of it all. It's nothing mind blowing, but you may notice the list to be the things you do already and feel like you should be more productive...LOL

This article discusses some tips in defining and deciding on your monitoring policies.
