I remember seeing a show ont he discovery Channel a couple years back that featured a man who cleaned up murder, and death scenes. The business was interesting because I was never aware that the families of the victims were actually responsile for the clean up. There are always some crazy gadgets that you see when you check out those as seen on tv sites. The stuff is always clever and useful. I'm sure if you looked around hard enough on that site you could find something you were always trying to remember what it was when you saw it.

They always have the most current gadgets and items that make our lives easier, but they are actually available online instead of just hoping you catch the commercial again so you can order them. Still a buyer's market

The basic crash of the real estate market still makes this a prime time to purchase a home. With mortgages defaulting at record rates, now may be the best time to find a real estate agent and look into buying what most consider the best investment. Real estate. Considering that home values are low you have to believe that this is the time to start swooping up properties and reaping the rewards in the coming years a head. If you have the excess cash to buy some rental properties, that can cover your mortage, why not? Rent them out for a few years as people still need to have a place to live, but can't afford to buy. Gain rental income while the value of your home grows during these turbulent times.
