Man arrested for stealing women's undies

Good grief. People are just not right. I can almost understand how someone would want to peep, but stealing used underwear is just too far. Anyone remember how there used to be used panties for sale on Ebay. I'll bet this guy bought some.

FORT PAYNE, Ala. - A Geraldine man who allegedly stole a Fyffe woman's undergarments has been charged with property theft. Joseph Edward Reaves, 44, was arrested after he turned himself in Wednesday morning and has been released from the DeKalb County Jail on $500 bond.

Investigator Rhonda Jackson said the woman had hung some of her undergarments outside to dry in mid-December when several items of clothing, including about four pairs of underwear and four bras, were stolen.

Making Money on My Blog

I got invited to PayPerPost a little over a month ago and just started posting about 2 weeks ago. In that time I’ve made myself an extra $100+ by doing these posts in as little as an hour a day. Right now I am getting ready to submit a new blog to my account so I can make even more money. I find it very entertaining and an interesting way to make a good chunk of cash with very little time invested.

I am going to hide some of this money away for a while until I really decide what I want to buy with it. It is money I wasn’t expecting so I don’t really want to just blow it on this or that. There is always something I could use it for, but I don’t just want to go out and spend it right away. I guess I’ve kind of grown into a bit of a miser the last few years so I tend to be more conservative with my spending habits. I’m sure I’ll start to use it for bills or something, but right now I’m just going to let it sit in my PayPal account and draw some interest.

Woman finds 37 Christmas trees near pool

Not a bad practical joke. Must have taken some real time management and planning. It takes all kinds I guess. Still kind of a unique stunt.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - When Carol Lopez let her Labrador retriever out for the morning the dog had an unusual number of tree trunks to attend to. Surrounding her aboveground backyard pool Lopez found 37 used Christmas trees.

"I had just woke up and boom, they're there and that's it," Lopez said Thursday.

Whoever put the trees there apparently took their time, neatly organizing and standing the trees upright.

Unblock Sites at School and Work

Proxy Unlimited is a web proxy that will unblock websites. This means that you can get around that web filter at your school or workplace. To view a blocked website, simply type in a web address in the URL bar and click "Unblock Me!" Sounds pretty easy to me. Nothing like being able to sit and class and actually go to sites I want to.

Dog shot defending owner from mugger

Talk about man's best friend. I don't even have human friends who would sacrafice themselves like this. Gld to see the dog will likely live. That dog should be treated like a queen.

OAKLAND, Calif. - A 7-year-old German shepherd named Buffy may lose a leg after jumping into action to protect her owner from a mugger. The dog was shot in her left front limb by an armed man who approached Oakland resident Will Bartley, 44, as he pulled into his driveway after work Wednesday night.

Where to Buy a Cell Phone

I don't know about you, but I like to do a little research before I buy technology related items. When I wanted to buy a cell phone I wanted to get an idea as to what I would have to pay and what kind of plan requirements I was in for. For me I was looking for a Verizon cell phone because it seems to have the best coverage in my area. Of course you can get any phone imaginable on that site.

First time I went to that site I was amazed at how much was there. Any type of plan I needed I could search for. Any phone I could search for. I could even compare plans for my needs rather than just taking what many other sites offered.

When I got done I looked at some accessories that I was going to need and got them there as well. I’m not big on ringtones, but I decided to browse through their stock and was pretty impressed. All in all I found the site a very pleasurable experience. Informative and easy to navigate. Definitely something I would recommend, which I am doing now. If you need a cell phone then take a look at the link and you will be hard pressed to not find what you need.

Man files suit to ease process of taking wife's name

Hmmmm....not sure what to think of this. I suppose if I had a name like Buday I would certainly consider it though. Interesting little read though and something I've never really thought about from the legal standpoint.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Mike Buday isn’t married to his last name. In fact, he and his fiancee decided before they wed that he would take hers.

But Buday was stunned to learn that he couldn’t simply become Mike Bijon when they married in 2005.

As in most other states, that would require some bureaucratic paperwork well beyond what a woman must go through to change her name when marrying.

Austrian skis nude after losing bet

I've actually done this before. Nah...just kidding. Reminds me of the Seinfeld where George had "Shrinkage" though. Hope this guy didn't fall prey to such things..haha

WENGEN, Switzerland - Rainer Schoenfelder lost a bet Wednesday, and paid for it by skiing nude down the Lauberhorn. The 29-year-old Austrian skier, who hurt his neck and back in a crash last week, lost a bet with his physiotherapist, who had been treating his injuries. Schoenfelder had vowed to ski naked if his pains had lessened by Wednesday morning.

Schoenfelder skied wearing only yellow boots and an orange helmet and gloves, and a photographer snapped a shot of the skier that has been circulated on the Internet.

So someone finally made it. No longer do I have to listen to some high school kid talk to another high school kid behind the counter about some ridiculous high school thing instead of waiting on me. No wise guy that has no consideration of my browsing taking up the entire aisle. No waiting for 2 or 3 days to send back a video to get another one.

I love the idea of this and hope they are more readily available in my area soon. Just so much easier than going to a movie store and dealing with the people in those places. How about the “Yell a crossed the store guy”? 30 feet is surely too far for him to walk to tell his wife he found a movie on something no one else in the store cares about, now will ever watch. That guy really gets on my nerves. I’m not at a ballgame pal.

Take a look and see if they have any locations near you yet. Keep in mind that this is a new thing so you may have to wait a bit before you can use one of these if you live in the sticks.

S.F. company launches 'Meth Coffee'

Caffine heads better get ready because you aren't going to find anything stronger than this. MAybe you will, but not legally :). Take a look at this article about a product called "Meth Coffee".

SAN FRANCISCO - A mysterious San Francisco company has launched an equally mysterious product aimed at coffee drinkers seeking an extra boost. The company and the product share the same name - Meth Coffee.

It's a thinly veiled reference to methamphetamines, but the company admits there is no meth in its coffee - just rich arabica coffee beans and something a little different called yerba mate.

Ex-coach allegedly hits students in groin

Wow...this guy really knows how to take his frustrations out on his players. This sick fool is going to get what he deserves when he gets into jail. Amazing he got away with as much as he did.

MONUMENT, Colo. - A former high school basketball coach faces 39 charges for allegedly hitting male students in the groin, showing them pornography and pouring water on his players then driving them to games in the winter with the windows rolled down.

Gregory Lynn Burr, 28, face charges ranging from sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust to child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury, according to court documents reviewed by The Gazette of Colorado Springs. Items lost on L.A. buses include mother's ashes, prosthetic leg

This reminds me of Jim Rome. I don't know if any of you listen to his show, but there was a running joke on there about a guy that got his prosthetic leg stolen, not once, but twice. He did several parodies on the thief such as trying to sell the leg in a gas station parking lot like someone would sell a stolen watch. Funny stuff.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - More than one million people a day ride Los Angeles' trains, buses and subways, and as diverse as they are, so are the items they leave behind - everything from cellphones and wallets to a prosthetic leg and a human jaw bone.

The items will sometimes end up at a two-room, lost-and-found operated by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority that is set to reopen Wednesday following a US$137,000 renovation.

Pantless burglar bolts from scene

Nice to see gun wielding home-owners are so creative. Not only scare the crap out of intruders, but also embarrass them. Too bad he got away. Would have been a much funnier story...lol

DUBLIN, N.H. (AP) - Police had hopes of literally capturing a burglar with his pants down after the man came off second best in a confrontation with a local homeowner.

It didn't work out that way, and the would-be thief was still at large two weeks after the unusual incident, officials said on the weekend.

Police said the owner pulled a gun after discovering the man in his house, fired a couple of warning shots and told the intruder to shed his pants and shoes.

The two scuffled and the burglar ran from the home, barefoot and pantless.

"I believe his thinking was that by taking away the suspect's pants, it would slow him down or prevent him from trying to get away, or make it easier for us to find him if he did get away," New Hampshire State Police Sgt. Christopher Aucoin said.

The homeowner called police, who swarmed the area with search dogs, but they were unable to find the suspect.

The homeowner wasn't hurt.

Turn back the clock day on Sir Post A Lot it is looking like ;). Hope this guy wasn't waiting for a paycheck or something. He wasn't...lol

FERNDALE, Pa. - A western Pennsylvania man is trying to solve a mystery that recently landed in his mailbox: a letter mailed more than 50 years ago and addressed to a Frederick Zane Yost.

The letter, with a 3-cent stamp and postmarked Oct. 26, 1954, was encased in a large Postal Service window envelope. There is a return address - in nearby Richland Township - but no sender's name.

Man's wallet returned after 62 years

Haha...If someone asked me if I lost a billfold I'd probably say I did too. Pretty amazing story I guess. Unbelievable how possessions hold so many memories.

MEXICO, Mo. - Ray Heilwagen has his wallet back, 62 years after he lost it in France during World War II. Late last year, Heilwagen received a call from Stephen Breitenstein of Palatine, Ill.

"He said, 'Did you lose a billfold?' and I remembered I did," Heilwagen told the Hannibal Courier-Post. "Then he said, 'I found it and will send it to you.'

"I could hardly believe it."

Breitenstein's father, who also served in France during World War II, recently died. Digging through his father's possessions - ironically on Veteran's Day - Stephen Breitenstein found the old wallet. He figured his dad found it during the war and brought it home, hoping to find the owner. Not knowing how to do so, he left it in a drawer for more than six decades.
