Designing an "About Us" Page?

How much thought have you ever put into this page for your website? For many of my sites I don't think about it at all. I spend maybe 5 minutes of improvising some speel and call it a day. Of course most of those sites aren't really that important that you need to know "about Us", but many of your sites probably do need that information.
