Entrepreur of 2011

Always a fun award to follow for business owners is the Entrepreneur Magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. The award isn't just about the biggest money maker, or the biggest turnaround, or anything like that. In fact once all the finalists are in, like now, website users can help choose by voting. Anyone can win, be it a seller of best appetite suppressant, or the next social networking idea.

The contest is broken down between the normal entrepreneurs and the college entrepreneurs. As you can imagine some of the college ones are a bit more interesting. After all some of the biggest companies in the world right now were developed from college students in their dorm rooms. Microsoft and Google probably come to mind as college kids making it big.
