I saw this article and it was a perfect fit for what I was thinking aobut earlier today. A friend of mine is opening a new restaurant in the next couple months and we were talking a bit about it today. One of the things we were talking about were the people that he was going to hire. Sure enough I see this article today that tells you exactly what the most common hiring mistakes are when you start up a new business, and why it is so important for small business owners to hire the right people. After all...if you have a relatively samll business, are pinching pennies to make it boom, and end up hiring some people that reallyaren't gonna cut it, there is going to be trouble.
