Entrepreneurs Need a Dose of Cockiness

Wow...great breakthrough, eh? There is confidence and there is cockiness. I don't like the word cockiness. It doesn't neccessarily get used correctly most of the time. Cockiness is like sexual harrasssment. If someone likes you it is flirting and if they don't it is harrassment. Well...I guess that is a broad generalization, but I feel the same way about cockiness. You have to be confident to have a successful business, but do you really have to be cocky?
